Love the ice cream I ordered build my own biscoff with vanilla ice cream with biscoff cookie on top and caramel. My Kids ordered as well and loved them. Clean, very welcoming and the music is a vibe!!

Absolutely amazing.... In every way! The rolled ice cream is awesome! The Dubai Chocolate strawberry cup is AMAZING! This was my first time trying anything "Dubai" chocolate as I've been searching around. We will be back every time we go to Covington! And the customer service/hospitality TOP NOTCH! I promise you will NOT regret your decision to get anything from FRIO.

Overall great experience! The ice cream was fantastic. I got chocolate ice cream base with peanut butter add in, and topped with waffle cone crumble. My fiance got one of their specials, the Millie Rock. Staff was very friendly and the store was clean! I would love to see some more artwork or murals on the walls in the eating area but overall the design of the store was good.

We came into Frio by recommendation of my son and it was great!! I had the maw maw Nana pudding and he had a create your own. The shop was clean, and decorated very nice. Service was great we were greeted with a friendly hello. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. That should speak for itself how good it is.

I am new in the area and wanted to try new food and eateries. I came across this place on my instagram and notice that they sell Dubai chocolate options a long with other tasty handmade treats! I purchased the viral Dubai’s chocolate strawberries and I am sold! It was exactly what I imagine it would taste like and I am impressed! The store seemed closed as I didn’t see any foot traffic as I was coming up but I always fine hidden gems when I randomly want something different. I am pretty sure they get a buzz especially if this treat is this good! The customer service was a plus! Thank you! See you all again soon!
